Commission Process
| ✦ Please fill out the commission inquiry form with your commission type and character info. |
| ✦ Once I receive the form, I'll review and email an estimate for the total commission cost. If approved, I'll send a Paypal invoice for the first payment, and once payment is received, I'll begin sketching your commission! |
| ✦ I'll send a sketch via email to check if any revisions are needed. When the sketch is approved, I'll finish up the commission and send out after final payment is received. |
| ✦ Any revisions requested after the approved sketch stage will have a minimum $10 USD fee. The fee may increase depending on the complexity of the revision. |
Terms of Service
| • Artwork made from commissions are for personal use only. No for-profit or commercial use is permitted. |
| • Payment is done via Paypal invoice. I will invoice you once pricing has been agreed upon. For any commissions under $100, commission must be paid in full before I begin work. |
| • All communications for commissions will be done via email. |
| • While I do my best to get commissions done in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee the commission will be done within a specific timeframe. If you'd like your commission done by a specific date, please let me know when I email you for pricing so I can verify that I can fit your commission in my schedule. Scheduling/expediting commissions will be subject to an expedite fee and availability. |
| • I will send a sketch of the commission for approval before going into lineart and coloring. Any revisions made after the sketch phase may be subject to an additional revision fee depending on the extent of the revision. |
| • Cancelations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but if I determine that I cannot complete your commission due to my own circumstances, I will offer a full refund. Completed and approved commissions will not be refunded. |
| • I post all completed commission work on my social media accounts and portfolio. Let me know if you would like me to withhold posting your commission until a certain date. |
| • No use of my artwork for AI-related projects, NFTs or reselling is permitted. |
